Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a singular corporate identity; Incorporate the reflection of culture and essence of the organization in corporate identity elements
  • Build and maintain relationship with media, writes and releases news and responds to queries
  • Work with Public Relation Agencies to build desired company image and enhance reputation
  • Partners with Marketing to build the brand image and design favorable communication that is released on company website or through any other channel
  • Partners with Finance to project the desired financial image to the investors, financial communities and general public
  • Partners with Human Resources to strengthen our employer branding and project a positive and attractive image targeted at attracting top talent
  • Identify the target audience; Initiates the gap analysis process and identify the areas where organization is misunderstood
  • Develops communication roll out strategy and increases the organization’s awareness
  • Develops communication plan for employees; Ensures company’s purpose, priorities and strategy and is being communicated effectively; Builds communication channels with employees
  • Be the organization’s spokesperson for all external communications; Develop content of Press Releases; Organize press conferences and represents organization in press conferences
  • Deliver written and verbal statements on behalf of organization; Builds relationship with Media and Public Relation (PR) Agencies; Liaises with PR Agencies to develop communication strategies and plans in alignment with communication calendar and organizational objectives
  • Lead communication plans to deal with crisis situations (public safety, financial loss, reputation loss) and preserve the reputation of the organization

Ideal Fit

The ideal candidate should have a dynamic and influential personality with excellent communication, public speaking and relationship building skills along with strategic thinking and the ability to handle conflict and stress.

You will also be a natural visionary, persistent, creative, results oriented, assertive, self-accountable, ethical and logical.


Master’s degree with 10-12 years of experience in Corporate Communication, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
