This position is primarily responsible for providing comprehensive office coordination to the organization, follow up with different stakeholders of the company and communicate effectively through emails, phone, presentations and reports in a professional and responsive manner.
Should be proactive and presentable, possess multi-tasking skills and be an independent individual. Must be able to demonstrate integrity, maintain confidentiality and deal with people in a cordial manner.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office, who is well organized and can prioritize different projects and tasks within strict timelines.
Bachelors in any discipline
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
