This position is responsible to assure effective financial reporting process within the organization; Document data and review for regulatory compliance; Support in accounts closure and statutory reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Manager Reporting, you will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Produce extensive reports to successfully determine the company growth and its numbers.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports (including consolidated financial statements)
  • Evaluate detailed accounts and balance sheet notes to develop accurate statutory / ad-hoc reports.
  • Reconcile statutory accounts with management accounts
  • Accurate issuance of debit and credit notes for third party service provider
  • Work closely with external auditors in the preparation of statutory annual financial statements
  • Ensure operational support in smooth execution of internal and external audit
  • Develop and coach team on statutory accounting skills
  • Enhance job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

These responsibilities are carried out with the objective to provide the Management with accurate financial/ business insights for effective decision making and ensure accurate reporting within the limits of the organization’s policies and procedures.

Ideal Fit:
Quantitative and analytical, Financial Reporting Managers should be detail-oriented and can spot errors and discrepancies in financial data quickly and accurately.

The ideal candidate should have effective time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other reporting tools, who have hands-on experience in Analytical and Strategic Reporting (including Consolidation), and can work under pressure to meet the business requirements.

Education: ACA, ACMA, ACCA or MBA (Finance)

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience
